Different Routes, Same Destination

July 24, 2026

A couple of weeks ago, my family and I took a cruise on the Upper Mississippi River, exploring a part of the country I had never visited before. One of my favorite excursions was learning more about the Lewis and Clark Expedition.

What I found especially interesting was their journey home. In 1806, Lewis and Clark decided to split the Corps of Discovery into two groups. Lewis explored the Marias River while Clark followed the Yellowstone River. Each group had a different route and a different mission, but they eventually reunited about a month later and completed the expedition together.

It reminded me that there is often more than one path to the same destination.

The same is true in life and investing. No two investors have the exact same strategy. Some prioritize consistent monthly income. Others focus on long-term appreciation. Many find the best approach is combining investments that complement one another.

Different paths can still lead to the same destination. The key is choosing the strategy that aligns with your goals and staying committed to the journey.

Current Investment Opportunities

  • Promissory Note Fund: Fixed passive monthly income with annual returns of 8% to 10%.
  • Land Investment Opportunities: Participate in individual land flip projects with 3 points paid upfront and 12% annual accrual.
  • Cherry Hill Medical Office: A two-year investment opportunity targeting a 12% IRR through current income and potential appreciation.

If you’d like to learn more about any of these opportunities or discuss which path may be the best fit for your financial goals, simply reply to this email. I’d be happy to start the conversation.

Have a great week.
