At the end of the day, awards like this aren’t about one person. Anything I’ve done well has come from learning from the right people and staying consistent over time.
My time at The Vanguard Group gave me a strong foundation in discipline, process, and putting investors first. From there, working with Pete Hoover and at WEG reinforced what it actually looks like to build something the right way—focused on long-term outcomes, not shortcuts.
When I launched Eppler Capital Funds in 2023, the focus was straightforward:
- Build something durable
- Earn and keep investor trust
- Stay disciplined in underwriting
- Deliver consistent income
That hasn’t changed.
If anything, recognition like this is just a reminder to stay focused and keep executing.
