I’m excited to share an important update at Eppler Capital Funds. We’ve recently welcomed Russ Frazier as our new Managing Director, and I wanted to personally introduce him to you.
Russ brings nearly two decades of experience in real estate development, with a strong track record in sourcing both debt and equity across a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality developments. His work has spanned multiple states across the Midwest and West, giving him a broad and practical perspective on navigating different markets.
Before transitioning into real estate, Russ built his career in the healthcare industry, where he co-founded a company that developed a chain of retail-based medical clinics. That entrepreneurial background, combined with his capital markets expertise, makes him a valuable addition to our team as we continue to grow.
